Details: This penthouse duplex, located in Etiler’s Nispetiye district, was designed to offer a calm and minimalist living space. The owners’ request for distinct functions on each floor became the main driver of the spatial layout. The lower level designed for everyday use and entertaining. A neutral material palette was used to create a light and tranquil atmosphere. The upper floor, inspired by the colors of sunset, incorporates warmer tones and connects directly to the terrace through a built-in bar and prep area, creating a cozy setting for evening gatherings.

Classical architectural elements are subtly integrated with clean, modern lines, blending timeless design language with contemporary sensibilities.
