Details: Located on a sloped site overlooking the Bosphorus in Beylerbeyi, the building offers a layered living experience with direct access to a separate garden from each level. While preserving its original boundaries, the structure was reinterpreted to create a spacious and balanced interior organization where natural light and fluid spatial connections take precedence.

Through the strong relationship established between garden, interior spaces, and the surrounding landscape, the project creates a calm and nature-integrated living atmosphere within the city, achieving a timeless residential identity through a restrained and environmentally conscious design approach.
