PERA HOUSE

Renovation Project in Beyoglu/Istanbul

Year: 2015

Construction area: 70 sqm

Details: The flat is located in a historic building in Beyoğlu, Istanbul. The aim of the project was to reveal the original architectural elements by stripping away a century of alterations, opening up the space for an open-plan living layout, and restoring these elements for contemporary use. A new kitchen and bathroom were designed, along with custom-designed furniture and fixtures, to create an urban interior that respects the building’s and the neighborhood’s identity and history.
