Details: This extended renovation project, restored from only remains after a fire incident, while faithful to original historic foundations and elements, was conceived to create a modernist lifestyle with it’s own century culture and elements. Eventhough located in the heart of the city, the aim was to accomplish an island kind of tranquility, ease and lightness.
