Details: The apartment, located in a listed historic building in the Galata/Beyoğlu district, was rescued from a derelict condition caused by years of neglect and inappropriate interventions, and restored while preserving its original architectural identity and texture. Within the scope of the project, the building was made functional again for residential use by referencing the original layout, and period-specific natural materials such as wood, marble, and mosaic tiles were conserved and renewed using methods faithful to the original.
