Details: The project site is located in the historic Galata neighborhood, an area characterized by numerous listed buildings. The design of the building’s mass and façade carefully responds to the historical context while employing modern materials and construction techniques. The interior was designed to maximize the limited space and provide versatility. The building comprises three loft residential units and a duplex penthouse.
