Details: The four-story historic building in Balat was restored and reimagined as a short-term accommodation house. Through a careful restoration and interior design process, the existing structure was adapted to meet contemporary hospitality needs while preserving its original character.

Within the building’s compact volumes, open storage solutions and efficient spatial arrangements were developed to create a fluid and cohesive interior experience. The material palette was shaped by the historic context of the building, bringing together natural stone, timber, and neutral finishes to achieve a restrained, warm, and timeless atmosphere.

The project presents an adaptive reuse approach that balances preservation and contemporary comfort, giving the building a renewed function while maintaining its architectural identity.
