Details: The twin villa project is located in Antalya’s Döşemealtı district, within an area predominantly composed of detached villas. During the conceptual design phase, a balance between simplicity and functionality was prioritized, and modern spaces were created with a focus on user comfort.
Climatic conditions were taken into consideration, and a balance between indoor and outdoor spaces was achieved through shaded open areas, balconies, terraces, and garden spaces. The ground floor consists of a bathroom, kitchen, and living area, which provides access to private winter gardens and a shared backyard with a swimming pool. A skylight located above the entrance and extending through the floors enhances natural lighting in the staircase and corridor, creating bright and spacious circulation areas. The middle and upper floors contain bedrooms and bathrooms. Master bedrooms are equipped with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort within the home.
Rainwater is collected, treated, and reused for garden irrigation and in flush systems of wet areas. The pergola extending along the front and side façades on the ground floor is customized in sections to create sheltered entrances, a garage, and outdoor seating areas.
